This course is designed for students who wish to work in the food and hospitality industry. Students will learn food handling procedures, preparation and serving food and working with others.

Course components:

  • Undertake training in a kitchen environment
  • Undertake work placement
  • Follow instructions in the kitchen
  • Attend all sessions

  • Involves practical component in the kitchen and theory
  • Involves individual and group work
