Explore a range of interesting and current biological issues. For example, do energy drinks really give us more energy and why do plants and animals need each other?

Course components include:

  • Studying biological science – what is it, how it can be used to investigate lifestyle and our environment
  • Understanding evidence and how it is used to draw conclusions and connections with the environment
  • Participating in safe, ethical and practical laboratory work, as well as field excursions
  • Exploring a fresh water habitat on a day trip
